The Root Chakra

The root chakra begins at the base of our tailbone. It also encompasses our legs down to the bottom of our feet. This chakra is the foundation of our basic needs, stability and feeling secure; including basic food and water needs, feeling fearless as well as our emotional stability. Grounding into our root chakra allows us to feel connected to ourselves and our surroundings.


By being aware of our emotions and insecurities, we can work to balance this chakra. Over the period of today and tomorrow visualize your root chakra flowing in a clockwise motion. Allow energy to flow in and flow out.
