Take Your Power Back

Join me for this 6 week program starting in January called Take Your Power Back: 6 week program for weight management and personal growth. This program will focus on self empowerment and transformation. Join a group of likeminded woman who are also on the quest of becoming their favorite version of themselves. During these 6 weeks we will explore topics of rediscovering your self worth, developing healthy habits, and creating lasting change. This program IS an investment towards yourself and your personal goals. During these 6 weeks you will get: -Group Hypnosis -Tapping -Sound Healing -Journaling -Group Reiki -Healing Experience -Accountability Partners -Access to nutritionist -Weight Management Hypnosis This is a small group for women (or potetentially men) who are ready to gain control back over their body and health and wellness goals. This is a vulnerable space to support one another, cheer eachother on and guide one another as we work towards our personal goals. This creates accountability while building confidence and commitment to your mind body and soul. This program starts January 9th and ends February 13th.
